Happy National Daiquiri Day

I just wanted to pass on a quick note for those who do not know yet... today is National Daiquiri Day! It is one of those favorite cocktail holidays that almost no one really knows or understands the origin of, but hey, it's a great excuse to have a daiquiri after work. With the scorching heat that cannot be described effectively in words that many of us are living through today, I'd say a daiquiri is in order.
