Coffee Cocktails for New Year's Eve

An image of the easy-to-make Mint-Choco Blotto Java Coffee Cocktail.
If you are reading About Coffee / Tea, then I think it's fairly safe to guess that you will not be ringing in the new year with Red Bull and vodka. (Right? I'm hope that's correct.) Anyway, if you're looking for a little energy with your alcohol, skip the "wings" in favor of flavor, and opt for a little coffee in your cocktails. Here are some recipe collections to help you find the perfect coffee cocktail for your New Year's celebrations:
  • Easy Coffee Cocktails -- These are best for beginner mixologists and people who don't want to put a lot of fuss into making their drinks.
  • Espresso Martini Recipes -- These are more stylish drinks that require more effort to make. They range from fairly dry to girl-drink sweet.
  • Intermediate Coffee Cocktail Recipes -- These recipes require more skill than the "easy" recipes above, but are easier to deal with than the recipe below. (As in, they probably won't cause you to accidentally set fire to anything.)
  • Flaming Spanish Coffee Recipe -- For those who want some pyrotechnics with their New Year's. Use caution!
