This Champagne cocktail is a refreshing, easy to make drink that is just as the name suggests, beautiful. It was created by Dez O'Connell from Just St. James in London and features Cape North, one great, new vodka. The Beautiful Boat is ideal for romantic evenings and Valentine's Day and a simple rose petal garnish is the perfect finishing touch for such an elegant drink.
Ingredients:
- 40 ml Rose Champagne
- 50 ml Cape North Vodka
- 2 mint leaves
Preparation:
- Shake the vodka and mint in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Float Champagne over top.
