Ingredients:
- 2 oz Makers Mark bourbon
- 1 oz apple juice
- 1 oz apple syrup, preferably Monin brand
- 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- splash of Ginger ale
- 2 thin red apple slices
Preparation:
- Combine the Makers Mark bourbon, apple juice, apple syrup and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake with ice and strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.
- Top with a splash of ginger ale and garnish with the apple slices.
