The Homecoming

H. Joseph Ehrmann of Elixir in San Francisco created the amazing cocktail and it was chosen as the winning recipe for the September, 2010 pumpkin cocktail contest. What the panel enjoyed about The Homecoming is the creative blend of aged rum and port and how these paired so subtly with the pumpkin butter. The result is a sophisticated pumpkin-flavored cocktail, maybe one of the best you will ever have.
