Two New Herbal Tea Recipes

An image of sage tea in a pitcher and fresh sage leaves
I recently added two herbal tea recipes (tisane recipes) to About Coffee/Tea. The first is a fresh mint "tea" recipe that's great hot or iced. The second is an updated version of an old recipe on the site. It's for sage "tea". This particular recipe includes sage leaves, lemon and sugar, and is truly delicious.

If you like mint teas and mint infusions, you'll probably also like this new collection of mint tea recipes, which includes Moroccan mint green tea recipes, Southern sweet tea recipes with mint, caffeine-free mint infusions, and much more.

What's your favorite fresh herb to brew? Do you have any tips for making herbal "teas" from fresh herbs? Share your thoughts with other About.com readers in the comments below!
