The Anaconda is a tough, full-flavored shot that is quite interesting. This whiskey shot is customarily made with the popular Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey but any brand will do - although each produce a slightly different flavor. The sambuca is the star in the Anaconda because of its distinct black licorice-like flavoring (from anise) and takes over the majority of the taste.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 oz Jack Daniel's whiskey
- 3/4 oz white sambuca
Preparation:
- Pour the ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a shot glass.
