Health Benefits of Soy Milk

Soy milk is a common dairy alternative for many coffee and tea drinkers. It has a flavor that is similar to milk and is popular with vegans and people who are sensitive to lactose or lactose intolerant. Although soy is also a common allergen, it is reputed to have many health benefits, including high protein levels and beneficial isoflavones.
